EXTERIOR

Exterior paintwork would normally begin in the Spring and continue throughout the Summer until the Autumn if weather conditions allowed.

Preparation.

  • Any loose and flaking paint would be removed back to a sound surface and primed.

  • Loose mastics would be removed, primed and replaced. 

  • Any filling necessary would be done with an appropriate exterior filler.

  • Only after this preparation is complete do we apply the undercoat, followed by the gloss, or top coat of your choosing.
